104.5 ESPN Baton Rouge broadcasted live the graduation ceremonies of Port Allen High School and Brusly High School on Saturday May 23rd.

Host Brian Haldane and Cade Voisin started the day at 1pm on the campus of Port Allen High School. The broadcast was setup in the front entrance of the school under a large covering. Next to the broadcast table was a stage where one by one the students would drive up, get out of their vehicle, walk on to the stage and accept their diploma from Principal James Jackson. Brian and Cade announced live on-air the names of each graduate and provided a brief summary of their accomplishments and future plans.

Brian and Cade then packed up and headed to the campus of Brusly High school to broadcast their graduation ceremony at 4:30p. This time they were joined by Brusly High Assistant Principal Jason Lemoine. Jason called out the names of each graduate as Brian and Cade provided a brief summary of their accomplishments and future plans. In this ceremony the student and family drove onto the track of the Brusly High football stadium and got out one by one at a stage around midfield to accept their diploma from Principal Walt Lemoine.

A huge thank you to West Baton Rouge Superintendent Wes Watts for helping coordinate these broadcasts and Rick Cantu, Joseph Rodriguez and Casey Gaines for handling all the technical needs for the day.
