Brian was raised on the Northshore in Covington, moved to Baton Rouge to attend LSU, and decided to make the Capital City his home. He’s worked in radio since October of 2004.

The following year, his path would be set in News Talk when Hurricane Katrina made landfall, devastating the city of New Orleans. Brian’s work covering the storm and the aftermath shaped his opinion of what a local host should be. From emergencies to politics, to everyday news, he approaches his show through a lens of “what affects Baton Rouge” first, making sure his audience has a place to turn to find out what’s happening in their own back yard.

Brian is married to Christy Haldane. They have 3 kids, Carrie, Abby, and James. When he’s not on the air, he is likely coaching one of his kids in baseball or basketball.
