As soon as the COVID-19 virus started impacting our area, we here at Guaranty Media began consulting with our friends in the business, planning for multiple contingencies. Paramount was keeping our teams safe and healthy while fulfilling our mission to serve our community.
I am pleased to let you know that our focus is to be almost completely live from 6a-7p daily across all four of our radio stations and to continuously update all of our social media channels of the most up to date information lead by Talk 107.3FM. We are also excited about our new Facebook group Baton Rouge Area Businesses Affected by Covid19 which in less than 36 hours has over 4,100 members. We are passionate to help support Baton Rouge and the surrounding communities in any way possible and will continue to do so throughout this whole pandemic.
We also take our role in helping slow the spread of this virus very seriously. As of today, Tuesday, March 16th, all non-essential personnel are working from home and we have completely stopped guest, prize winners and clients from entering our building. We have also taken steps to abide by the CDC’s requirements on social distancing in every possible way. This has no effect on our day to day operation and look forward to serving the community in the best way possible. Guaranty Media offers marketing solutions with radio, television, and digital media thru our sister company Gatorworks.
