It is time to begin this year’s One Book One Community celebration of Americanah by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie!
The whole community is invited to join us for a fun, FREE after-hours party at the Main Library at Goodwood, 7711 Goodwood Blvd., from 6 until 8 p.m. Saturday, March 7.
Come on out to formally kick off the spring reading program. There will be tons of family-friendly fun going on!
Free food, games, and prizes, community organizations, crafts, face painting, plus live music from I Am I.
This party is just the beginning…. The library will have fun events for all ages throughout the spring with book discussions, community groups, TED Talk and film screenings, blogging and podcasting seminars, and more related to the book and its author.
